Add about 1 cup of the detox bath salt mixture to warm bathwater. Stir the water to help the salts and clays dissolve, and soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the minerals and beneficial oils to be absorbed by your skin.

Alternatively, and just as beneficial: Add 2 tablespoons of salts to a warm foot bath.
