We currently ship across Australia.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout.

• Shipping Method; Australia Post

• Standard Shipping (Australia) 3-7 business days

• Free Shipping Orders over $120.00 within Australia

• Tracking Details: All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed once dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order via the courier’s website.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

• Metro Areas: 3-5 business days (Standard) 

• Regional Areas: 5-7 business days (Standard) 

• Remote Areas: May take longer due to limited courier services.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

• Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
