At the heart of our journey lies a story of community and fellowship. It all began with a shared passion for crafting high-quality, organic personal care products, driven by a desire of promoting wellness and sustainability. From the outset, we recognized the importance of coming together, pooling our skills and knowledge, and offering support to one another.

Our journey has been shaped by the spirit of collaboration, as we've worked hand in hand with experts boasting over 40 years of experience in the organic realm. Together, we've cultivated a range of products that not only meet the highest standards but also reflect our commitment to using pure ingredients and supporting local small businesses.

But our community extends far beyond our own team. It's about the connections we've forged with like-minded individuals and businesses, building networks that transcend mere transactions. Our community markets have been a cornerstone of this ethos, providing a platform for us to showcase our offerings while fostering meaningful relationships with customers and fellow artisans, creators and makers alike.

Recently, we had the pleasure of experiencing the warmth and camaraderie of the Polish Club Albion, where our shared values of quality, wellness, and community were celebrated. It was a day filled with laughter, shared stories, and the joy of connecting with others who share our passions.

As we continue on this journey, we're reminded time and again of the power of community to uplift, inspire, and propel us forward. Together, we are more than the sum of our parts – we are a testament to the transformative power of coming together in pursuit of a shared vision.

Thank you for being a part of our community, and here's to many more moments of connection, growth, and celebration ahead!

Castor Oil comes from the seeds (commonly called beans) of the Castor Oil plant. It is commonly used in traditional medicine and also as a food supplement. This rich, heavy and and slightly sticky oil has different chemistry to other carrier oils: its richness means this oil can form a protective barrier on your skin, a benefit that has been harnessed over generations. Castor oil has been used for centuries to relieve inflammation, aches & pains, to assist digestive ailments, applied in body compresses. It is also widely utilised as an emulsifying agent, in cosmetics applications, to moisturise & nourish skin & hair.

Check out a short clip about the benefits of Castor oil with Barbara O’Neill:

One of our most popular products that we stock is our Castor oil (now available in glass bottles) as well as our Castor oil packs:
